Well, it is the chance for a day out. We meet lovely people, socialising is good for people with dementia. Gives them meaning. You can be yourself. Lots of fun , useful information... sure there are lots more reasons when I think about it.

It's a great day out, a chance to meet up with old friends and meet new ones over a coffee. Lots of useful information for both carers and those living with dementia. Not to forget exercise, loads of fun and laughs as well as good food.

I love seeing everyone and try to learn something new regarding dementia issues’ Person living with dementia.

To me DEEP United is an important event in my calendar. It is a bi-monthly event. The meeting is relaxed and inviting giving people the chance to express themselves and share experiences… Deep brings people together, whether they are individuals with Dementia / Memory problems, Professionals or volunteers in the field. I have a chat with individuals in the community about events that are available to empower them with information. Deep is something that that is growing here in Meirionnydd and Dwyfor
