Experience:-
I have worked in the local authority sport and leisure industry for 20 years, I started working as a lifeguard and then a fitness Instructor and Duty Manager. I have taught various exercises classes including Aqua Aerobics, Circuit training, Step Aerobics, Chair based exercise and Falls Prevention. My ethos is to ensure people benefit from the physical activity in the class but that they also have fun whilst doing it.

Qualifications:-
Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral; Level 4 PSI Falls Prevention and Tai Chi For Wellbeing Instructor
