Dementia Actif Session at Ty Dol, Pwllheli

Many thanks for the welcome at Ty Dol- a new service in Pwllheli which offers day care for people living with dementia. The day centre is located in Hwb Heli, Pwllheli, and is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The service also offers services to support at home, including a sit-in and shopping service.
