Wonderful afternoon in Portmeirion
We had a wonderful afternoon in Portmeirion on Tuesday. It was nice to be able to take the Dementia Actif online Carers Group, together with members of the Mantur club, and to thank individuals who give their time voluntarily to support Dementia Actif Gwynedd.
Everyone enjoyed and had a special afternoon out.
