A Christmas trip on the steam train

On Tuesday the 6th of December, members of Dementia Actif’s class at Tywyn enjoyed going on a festive trip which was organised by the Tal y Llyn railway. Everyone really enjoyed it. Many thanks to Tal y Llyn for this special activity.
