Dementia Actif were fortunate to be able to collaborate with Canolfan Gerdd Williams Mathias to put on a concert at Galeri Caernarfon yesterday. It was a privilege to spend the morning with the world renowned harpist, Catrin Finch. 42 members and their families attended this very special and intimate event.
