Celebration
The Dementia Actif Gwynedd team are proud to present our second film of a dance performance. The name of the dance is “Celebration” and it is performed to the music of ‘Summertime’ - Frances Faye.
Once again, the film was created in collaboration with Dawns i Bawb and stars people living with dementia, carers, pupils from Ysgol Glan y Môr, fellow members and staff. The video is a celebration of the fact that we get to come together again following the pandemic, and on top of that, that we can still move!
The team would like to thank Keren Meadows from the bottom of their hearts for all the hard work in creating the film - from start to finish.
