Garden Party 05/09/2023

All Dementia Actif Gwynedd members, and anyone else who fancies coming along, are invited to the garden party on the 5th of September.

The event will take place at Byw’n Iach Dwyfor (leisure centre) in Pwllheli from 11:00am-2:00pm. This is a great opportunity to see the amazing work which has been achieved in the community garden, take part in some gentle activities and meet new and old friends.

Bring a packed lunch - cuppa and cake provided!
