The Dementia Actif team would like to say a massive thank you to Lowri and Siwan for organising a brilliant Cuppa and Cake morning at the village hall in Llanystumdwy on 18th May. They organised this fantastic community event in memory of their wonderful grandmother Jean Humphreys and also raised a staggering £1,825 for Dementia Actif. Jean was one of our original members when we first set up the programme - and was a joy to work with, she just loved the opportunity to dance! 💜💛
