Tywyn Community Dementia Event
A wonderful event brining together PLWD, cares, professionals and other Community members to find out more about dementia and dementia support, and to join in activities for fun and laughter.
The event gave us the opportunity to complete surveys to find out out what good dementia care looks like in the Tywyn area.
