Experience:-
I have worked in the local authority sport and leisure industry for over 20 years – in various roles from lifeguarding & roller hockey coaching to teaching all types of classes for 2 year olds to 99 year olds! My passion is people, so my role on both the National Exercise Referral Scheme and DemenitaGo really helps me to connect with people through care and socializing within our group.

Qualifications:-
Level 3 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Exercise Referral; Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation, Level 4 PSI Falls Prevention; Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation; Level 4 Pulmonary Rehabilitation; Pilates Instructor
