Classes
There are currently 16 weekly community based classes throughout Gwynedd. The community classes take place in leisure centres, local community centres and extra care housing throughout Gwynedd The cost of attending the classes is £3, the price includes a cup of tea/coffee.
You can self-refer to the classes or be referred by a clinical professional. If you are interested in attending any of the classes, you are welcome to get in touch with the Dementia Actif Gwynedd Team.
Once you have contacted a member of the team you can come along to the class and just observe to see if you think that the activities are appropriate for you.
